Our mission statement
The Arc of Morrow County is a newly formed chapter affiliated with the State and National Arc. The Arc of Morrow County is a volunteer advocacy group of family members, persons who have disabilities, friends and caregivers who are committed to improving and providing opportunities for persons with disabilities of all ages. The Arc of Morrow County believes all people in a community should live, work and have friendship and recreation opportunities within their own community.

The Arc of Morrow County believes in...
- Comprehensive and flexible family supports.
- Personalized supported living for all citizens with
MR/DD.
- Socially integrated and meaningful competitive employment for all citizens with
MR/DD.
- The existence of a comprehensive array of integrated early childhood supports and services for children and their families.
- Fully supported inclusive education for all children in their home schools and in regular classrooms.
- Universal, comprehensive and accessible healthcare for all Americans.
- Full participation of all citizens with MR/DD in their home communities.
- Protecting and supporting the human rights of all people with
MR/DD.
- Enhancing and sustaining the personal dignity of people with
MR/DD.
Membership Application
Join the Morrow County chapter of the Arc, the Arc of Ohio, and the Arc of the United States. Membership is the Arc's most important asset! All but $4.00 stays with our local chapter, the $4.00 goes to our parent organization to further the Arc mission.
