Leadership Classes

The Morrow County Chamber and OSU Extension will have Leadership Classes on the second Thursday of each month November through March from 8 a.m. until noon at the Wilhelm Building downstairs in the commmunity room. The following classes will be held: History of Morrow County and tour of the Cross House; Making Meetings Manageable Northmor FFA and Making Sense of Government Finance by David Civittolo; Contemporary Leadership and Technology by Jerry Thomas and Current Issues and Trends Facing Morrow county – Pat Davies; Public Issues and Dispute Resolution, Maggie Lewis Ohio Commission on Dispute Resolution and Dave Patton OSU Ext. Specialist; and Volunteer Opportunities, What’s Your Commitments, and Boardmanship. This is the 5th Leadership Class to be held in Morrow County. The exciting part is the class trip in March. Plans are underway for a Bus Trip to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on March 25th through the 27th, touring Valley Forge National Park, Visit the Liberty Bell, and Historic Philadelphia is on the agenda. The cost of the class is $250.00 per person plus $100.00 to include the trip. Anyone wishing to go on the trip outside the class is $400.00.
